We at Urban Vigilante Studios like to pride ourselves on giving the very highest standard of service to all our customers, both in the quality of our paintings and in the packing and posting process after they have been purchased.

All paintings are checked, signed by the artist and the artwork is stamped on the back with our unique logo and the painting is initialed by the artist as well as the date of completion and painting title.

Packing process:

Firstly we wrap your painting in a single layer of bubble wrap, which is taped all round to seal it. A Plain corrugated sheet is added front and back with a further layer of bubble wrap. This is used to provide a seriously strong cushioned protection during transit, your painting is then taped up again to further reinforce the edges. Finally your painting is packed in a custom made high strength corrugated box which is designed to be compact, light and yet very strong. All our packages are dispatched via our professional couriers who are fully insured.

Delivery Process:

Delivery Door-2-Door from us to either your home address or business address is typically 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. You will also receive an e-mail detailing all the information to confirm the dispatch of you painting.
